Damaged or missing items
If your package turns up damaged during transit, send us a photo and we will replace it right away. You will not need to ship the damaged items back.
If something is missing from your parcel, tell us what arrived and what did not, and we will ship the rest immediately.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time directly from your account, with no cancellation fees and no phone calls required. Cancel before your next billing date and that shipment will not be charged.
If a renewal ships before you cancel, our 60-day guarantee still covers it. Simply email us.
Common questions
Can I return an empty bottle?
Yes. Our empty-bottle guarantee includes bottles you have already used. Contact us within 60 days of delivery and follow the return instructions we provide.
What if I bought a multi-pack bundle?
The guarantee covers your entire order. Try it, and if it is not right for you, email us within 60 days of delivery — opened and unopened bottles in your bundle are eligible.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once processed, the funds return to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how quickly it lands, typically taking 5–10 business days after approval.
Do I get my shipping cost back?
All US orders ship free, so there is no original US shipping charge to refund. If you paid an original shipping charge on an eligible order, it is refunded alongside the order total.
What if I ordered from outside the US?
The same 60-day guarantee applies globally. Any local import duties or taxes charged by your country are managed by your local customs office and are non-refundable by us.

Email us anyway. Our guideline is 60 days, but if something went wrong or you faced an issue, we would rather hear about it and help.
Safety & Hygiene Standard: Opened nail-care products cannot be restocked or resold. Keep your bottles until our support team has provided return instructions.
