Straightforward rates, no surprises at checkout. Here is exactly what shipping costs and how long it takes.
Free shipping
On every US order. No minimum order value.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Worth knowing: all US orders ship free, including one-time purchases, bottle bundles and subscription deliveries.
Subscriptions ship free
If you subscribe, shipping is free on every delivery regardless of order size. You also save on each shipment, and you can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.
Delivery times
- United States — 5–7 business days after processing
- International — varies by destination and the carrier you choose at checkout
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and peak periods can add a day or two.
International shipping
Available destinations, shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to US orders.
Customs and duties: international orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also add time beyond the carrier estimate.
Tracking your order
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel leaves our facility. If the tracking email has not arrived, check your spam folder before getting in touch — that is where it usually is.
If something goes wrong
Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around your building first, then give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still has not appeared, email us and we will sort it out.
For hygienic reasons, if your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it. Include your order number and photos of the bottles and packaging.
Wrong address entered at checkout? Email us straight away. If the order has not shipped we can usually correct it; once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
Returns
Every order is covered by our 60-day empty-bottle guarantee. Contact support@tryluvre.com within 60 days of delivery for return instructions. See our Returns page for details.
